  • Seasoning and spices of choice

  1. 1

    In a pan add oil and onions and stir fry for 2minutes

  2. 2

    Then add ur bonnet and spices and stir for 3minutes

  3. 3

    And lastly add ur awara and allow to fry for 5minutes and it's ready, Enjoy
