Ingredients

  • 2 cupflour
  • 2 cupcaster sugar
  • 200 gmbutter
  • 4eggs
  • 1 tbspbaking powder
  • 1 tbspvanilla essence
  • 1/2 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat butter till creamy add caster sugar and beat again now add 1 egg at a time and beat with 1tbsp flour alternatively.

  2. 2

    Add vanilla essence and mix well

  3. 3

    Now add sifted flour and baking powder and fold them

  4. 4

    Pour into greased mold and bake on 180c for about 30 to 35 mints or toothpick comes out clean.

    Serve and enjoy
