Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspinstant Nescafé coffee powder
  2. 1 tbspwhite sugar
  3. 1 tbspbrown sugar(demerra)
  4. 1 tbspwarm water
  5. 150 mlhot milk

Cooking Instructions

    In a glass add coffee powder,white sugar and brown sugar together. Mix well. Add 1/2 tbsp warm water and beat for 5 mins. Add 1/2 tbsp water and beat continuously for 10-15 minutes till mixture is creamy light brown in colour.

    Boil milk. Pour in serving mug upto 3/4 part of mug. On it slowly from above pour whipped coffee mixture in hot milk as shown. Fill it up till rim of mug.

    Without stirring pick up the DALGONA COFFEE MUG,start sipping from one side. As the creamy coffee followed by hot milk goes into your mouth,you will get thrilled with its taste,that will lasts in your mind. Enjoy.
