Ingredients

  • 100 gChicken breast
  • 1/2 tspGarlic powder
  • 1/2 tspOnion powder
  • 1/2 tspPaprika
  • 1/2 tspChili powder
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 50 gCanned beans
  • 50 gCooked rice
  • 30 gLettuce (shredded)
  • 30 gShredded cheese
  • 1 pieceTostada shell
  • as neededTapatio hot sauce
  • as neededOil (for frying)

Steps

  1. 1

    Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, black pepper, and salt.

  2. 2

    Cook chicken in a pan until fully cooked, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan and fry the tostada shell until golden and crispy.

  4. 4

    Place tostada shell on a plate. Layer with rice, beans, lettuce, and shredded cheese.

  5. 5

    Top with cooked chicken and drizzle Tapatio hot sauce over everything.

Tips

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes before cooking.
