1 kgrice (rinsed)
2 tspTurmeric powder
1 tspgaram masala
Salt
Cooking oil
1onion.....3cloves of garlic
1carrot(grated)

In a sufuria/pot.....fry your onion+ garlic till golden brown.......add your grated carrot, salt, garam masala, Turmeric.....stir

Add rice water, let it boil then add your rice......cover let it cook well till ready.....

Now serve with your favourite accompaniment......meat, beans, lentils, green grams, chicken, peas......any......enjoy!
