  • 1/2 teaspoonsoy sauce
  • pepper
  • 12 sheetsgyoza skin
  • 1 packfresh parsley or coriander

    Mix ingredients well.

    Put meat mixture and quail eggs in cups.

    Fry with vegetable oil till the bottom of gyoza getting crispy. Then steam with 1/3 cup water.

    Steam with lid until the water runs out.
