Pizza
Missing it during quarantine so made it at home.
Steps

Put dry yeast in milk, mix it well and let it get activated.

Take maida in a mixing bowl and then add milk (containing yeast), oil, sugar, salt and make a soft dough. (you can add water for making dough if required)

Cover the bowl and let it rest for 1 hour.

After 1 hour divide the dough in two portions.

Take one portion and flatten it in round shape. This should not be thin.

Put the flatten dough on pizza plate. Make sure that the edge of the dough should be on curvy part of the plate and should be thicker than the centre.

Make pores with the help of fork excluding the edge on the flatten dough and spread pizza sauce at the center part.

Put the toppings on it and shred some Mozzarella cheese.

Sprinkle oregano powder and chilli flakes.

Put the pan in oven and cook it for 15 minutes at 150 degrees.

Take out the pan, cut the pizza in plus shape with the help of pizza cutter or knife. Serve it hot.
