Mix all ingredients together.

Heat oil in a pan. Take table spoons of dough and let is rise.

Turn your Fatcake around so both sides will be brown. Once they are golden brown you can take them out and let the access oil run out on a paper towel. Enjoy them with mince or jam and cheers.
