Ingredients

1one an hour
6-8 persons
  • 250 gmpotatoes in square cubes cut
  • 250 gmcarrot in square cbes cut
  • 250 gmsame phali washed and cut
  • 250 gmcauli flower in small pieces
  • 250 gmmatte(peas)
  • 250 gmegg plant
  • Carrot
  • 125 gmcapsicum square cut
  • 125 gmlauki square cut
  • 250 gmcabbage
  • 250 gmonion square cut small
  • 400 gmtomatos
  • 2 tbspgarlic chope
  • 2 tbspginger chopped
  • 7-8green cillies half chopped and half in big julian cut
  • 1 cupwashed and chopped meethi fresh
  • 1/2 cupfresh soya chopped
  • 1 cupoil
  • 2 tbspkuta dry dhanua
  • 2 tbspfull red chilli flaks
  • 1 tbspfull haldi
  • 1 tbspfull zeera
  • 1 tsppisa garam masala homemade
  • Salt as required

Steps

1one an hour
  1. 1

    Wok mein oil ko garam karein us mein chopped ginger garlic and chopped green chilli add karien light sa saute karein or sath hi zeera bhi add karien jub khushbu ae to onion add karien us ko bhi saute karien ziada golden na karein.

    Ab ready onion mein sam ki phali gajar potato phool gobhi tomato and matter add kar dein or 10 min dhakan laga kar dum dein.

    After 10 min ab lauki cabbage shimla brinjal or all dry spices add kar dein mix well and then dum dein for 10 min.

  4. 4

    At last after 10 min add methi or 5 min dum de kar chula band kar dein or julian ginger and garam masal sprinkle kar dein or dhakan band kar dein 5 min baad very tasty and yummy subzi is ready with homemade roti or special in tarka wali khichri.
