My Daughter spruha's favorite Dish and my first post.
Steps

First, take one pan add some butter and oil. Then add one bay leaf and jeera, fry little bit then add roughly chopped onion, roughly chop tomatoes and garlic and ginger, kaju and cook till all the ingredients becomes soft.
After that turn off the flame and let it cool down completely then add it into the mixer grinder and make a fine paste of the mixture. - 2
Take a pan add some butter then add jeera little bit then put kashmiri red chilli powder and saute for few seconds then add turmeric powder and mix the grinded mixture.

Cook for 10-15 min then add half cup of hot water to adjust consistency of gravy.

Again wait for the gravy to get boiled then add paneer pieces, garam masala and give a good stir.

Then add little crushed kasuri methi into the gravy, stir it and turn off the flame.

Now add cream in to the gravy and green coriander.

For garnishing add some grated paneer on the top of gravy and a little bit of cream.
