Something simple and easy, though I understand my method may not work for others. If you needed to do a different approach, please don't hesitate to let me know! I found it delicious and will definitely be making it again. ☺️

Ingredients

30-45 minutes
4 servings
  1. 4cubed pork chops
  2. 1 Tbspgarlic powder
  3. .5 cuphoney
  4. .25 cupyellow mustard
  5. .25 tspchilli powder
  6. .5 tspcumin
  7. to tasteSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

30-45 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

Sprinkle cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper onto the pork chops (you'll want a fine layer of garlic powder on them to get the flavor).

  3. 3

Flash fry the chops til nicely seared or white on both sides. Place them evenly into a pan (I used a 13x9).

  4. 4

Combine honey, mustard, and just a touch of chilli powder into a bowl. (I had to microwave the honey to thin it out).

  5. 5

With a tablespoon, coat one side of the chops.

  6. 6

Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until a deep, golden brown.
