Steps

Add some oil to a pan. Add mustard seeds, Hing and Curry leaves to it. Maybe a few dry chillies.

Add Ginger, garlic and saute till the raw smell goes off. Add green chilies and onions and saute till slightly golden.

Once the onions are soft, add the tomatoes to it and continue to cook with the lid on.

Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder and maybe tomato Rice powder. Mix for a little while.

Add about a cup of raw rice and 2 cups of water. Close the pressure cooker and cook for 2 whistles.

Open and serve
