Steps

Mix eggs, sugar, yeast butter and milk in a bowl

Add the mixture above into a trough containing the self raising flour

Knead the dough until soft

Cover the dough with a cling foil and leave for 50 minutes to 1 hour

Remove the foil and your dough should look like this

Divide the dough into the size you would desire your doughnuts to be

Now roll and make the doughnut shape

Cover the uncooked doughnuts for 10 minutes as you heat the cooking oil
- 9
When the cooking oil is well heat, put the doughnuts until golden brown, do not overcrowd the pan
- 10
Serve with tea and enjoy
