Cabbage Manchurian
Steps

Firstly finally chop the cabbage,bell pepper and onions.

Finally chop ginger garlic and green chilli.

Mix all these together. Add black pepper and salt to it. Mix well. Now add all purpose flour and corn flour. And mix well. Now add very little water and knaed it to make a hard dough for manchurian ball.

Now make small small balls from this.

Heat oil in a wolk. And fry the manchurian balls in it til it becomes golden brown. Fry it on low flame.

For gravy.

Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger, garlic and onion to it. Saute it for 2 minutes.

Now add soya sause,green and red chilli sause, vinegar to it mix it well and add water to it. U can adjust the sause according to ur taste.

Mix corn flour in 1/2bowl of water. When it comes to boil. Add this mixture to it. And boil for 2 to 3 minutes.

Manchurian gravy is ready. Add some chopped coriander. Now put the manchurian balls in this gravy and cover it for 5 minutes.

Cabbage manchurian is ready. Serve it hot.
