Ingredients

30 minutes
  • 300 gmsPumpkin
  • 1/2 litremilk
  • 150 gmsSugar
  • 5 spoonsmilk powder
  • 10-12 piecessaffron

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Grate pumpkin first. Then cook in a pan until it turns soft.

    Add half liter milk and cook it for 10 minutes. Add milk powder and sugar. Cook until all the milk gets dissolved.

    Add saffron milk and mix well. Serve hot as hot halwa taste really yummy.
