Rebus air hingga mendidih
- 2
Masukkan margarin ke dalam air yang mendidik, aduh hingga tercampur rata

Masukkan tepung terigu dan milo, aduk cepat hingga tercampur rata dan membentuk adonan (gunakan api kecil agar adonan tidak gosong)

Matikan api, tiriskan adonan dan diamkan hingga agak adem

Masukkan 1 butir telur pada adonan, aduk hingga tercampur rata

Adonan siap dicetak, masukkan kedalam cetakan plastik segitiga dan cetakan churros

Panaskan minyak goreng dan churros siap digoreng, saran pakai gunting saat memotong adonan dari cetakan agar rapi.. gunakan api sedang/kecil agar churros tidak gosong

Apabila sudah agak kecoklatan / dirasa sudah matang, tiriskan churros dan siapkan topping (sesuai selera)

Churros milo siap dihidangkan dan dinikmati
