Boil the water in a pan.

While boiling, add the butter, brown sugar and salt. Stir thoroughly.

After being mixed, pour the all purpose flour. Mix thoroughly.

Add 1 egg in the mixture then mix. Add the other egg then mix.

Preheat the oil before frying the mixture. Only in a low heat so the churros will be fried evenly and not burnt. You can pipe in directly the mixture in the pan using a piping bag with a big star shaped tip.

In a bowl, mix the white sugar and cinnamon powder. Then roll the churros in the mixture.

Boil the all purpose cream in a pan on a medium heat.

Put the chocolate in a bowl. Then pour the all purpose cream.
