This seems to be kinda popular with the food bloggers lately. The Dole Whip is a vendor item at the dole plantation in Hawaii. It's also served at Disney theme parks apparently. I've never tried the real deal, but this version is a delicious treat on a summer day. And much healthier than most other frozen dessert options.

A vegan Chocolate Dole whip . This is easy to change up if you don’t have some of the ingredients and don’t mind its not vegan. I didn’t have an pineapple or can pineapple, and substitute it out for a can of mandarin oranges , than I drained the liquid from them and frozen the oranges the same time i froze the bananas. I think any can fruits can be a good substitute, dont necessarily have to use fresh fruit. If i had any ice cream cones I would of added that upside down on the dole whip in the bowl as a garnish/side .

I love dole whip but still wanted to have it at home everyday if I can and with this recipe, I'll never have to feel guilty again with this low calorie creamy and airy pineapple banana soft serve. Enjoy!!:)

I served mine with caramel ice cream and topped it with chocolate whipped cream. This would be amazing as a banana split!

This dip is so refreshing on warm days. You can add coconut, almonds, cherries etc.... Anything you like. Easy, quick and light. Serve with Vanilla wafers, shortbread or sugar cookies and even biscotti for dipping.
