Meatballs and Misua (Almondigas) Soup

Ingredients

  1. 5 clovesgarlic, chopped
  2. 1/2onion, chopped
  3. 2 tbspcooking oil
  4. 15 pcsfrozen meatballs
  5. 2 cupsfrozen mixed vegetables
  6. 1Beef boullion
  7. 4 1/2 cupswater
  8. 1 cupmisua
  9. 1 cupgreens, chopped
  10. 1/2 cupmushrooms, sliced
  11. 2 tbspmalunggay flakes
  12. to tasteSalt and pepper,

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic and onions until fragrant.

    Add frozen meatballs and cook for 5 minutes. Add frozen veggies and cook for another 5 minutes.

    Add water and let boil. Add boullion cube.

    Add mushrooms and misua. Cook for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add salt and pepper to taste. Then greens and malunggay. Simmer for another 5 minutes and turn off heat. Serve hot.
