#Wokcooking ... As we love KNs harai bharai nuggets so tried to make them at home for the first time with my own recipe according to my taste buds 😅.. But they are yummy and easy to make and as it was quarantine time so it is good for my midnight carving 😋It's a snack time recipe ... Must try and enjoy ❤

At first chop Green chillies, corriender and mint leaves and tour the bread slices along with this wash the chicken mince and rince all it's water...

Then take a chopper add bread slices in it and make a powder form of them.. It will take almost 5 min..

Then add 2chopped green chillies, 1/3cup of chopped corriender and 6 to 7 chopped mint leaves then chopperize it for 5 min then put aside...

Then add 1kg of chicken mince in the chopper and well chopperize it... It will take almost 10 mint then add 1tbso of soya sauce..

Then add 1tsp of black pepper and to taste salt then add the chopperize corriender, mint and green chillies

Then add the chopperize bread crumbs and then add almost 1tsp of g.g paste..

Now add shredded 1/3cup of cheddar cheese and mix it and then put it in freezer for 1hour...it's preparation time is almost 25 min..

Beside this prepare for egg dip by adding an egg in a bowl and add milk in it then beat it well..

Now prepare for a dry flour batter by adding 1/2cup of flour, 1/3cup of cornflour and 1tsp of black pepper mix it and put aside..

Then for breadcrumbs coating take 1cup of breadcrumbs and add 1tsp of parsley in it and mix..

Then make nuggets of your desired shape and then first dip it in the egg then in flour mix and then in bread crumbs... It's coating time must be 15 to 20 min

Then put them in a tray and put them in freezer after half an hour deep fry themmake sure that the oil it not to much heated and cook on low flame and serve... I freeze them for later use as well must try and enjoy...
