For Dough. Mix ata and maida add oil salt add warm water and make a medium dough.

For mushroom:- Take a kadai add oil heat add garlic and chilli paste saute for 1min then add mushrooms again saute for 2mins on slow flame add kitchen king garam masala & salt cover it for 2-3mins. Mushroom is ready.

Franky Filling:- Take a kadai add oil heat add garlic paste saute 1min then add onion saute till colour change then add kk garam masala, salt saute till oil comes add boiled mashed potatoes mix well &cover it for 2-3mins on slow flame.

Then make a chapati of that dough. Put potatoes filling in the mid then Mushroom sprinkle chat masala then grated cheese. Then roll it.

If you have tandoor tawa u roast on it. otherwise on normal tawa also will do. Ready to eat 👌MUSHROOM CHEESE FRANKY😋 serve with schezwan sauce or chutney.
