In a cooker add water in a bowl add soaked rajma and keep this bowl inside the cooker and cover the lid and in a low flame cook till 4 whistles this way the rajma won't be watery same way boil potatoes as well

In a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients mentioned except oil. Add onion, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, all dry masala, salt mix well.

Add cornflour and rice flour mix well. wet your palm and form tikki shape and prepare the rest of the tikkis.

In a pan add oil once heat place all the tikkis and shallow fry both sides.. serve hot with pudina chutney.
