Beet Carrot and Orange Detox Drink

Fresh fruits and vegetables are perfect for boosting the immune system. Orange and carrot are high in immunity-boosting vitamin C, Beets are known for lowering blood pressure, improving athletic performance as well as reducing muscle soreness after work-out. These 3 mixed with small piece of ginger is the sauce of potassium, magnesium, iron, Vitamins A, B6, C, antioxidants and soluble fiber.

Steps

Soak the carrot and beetroot in salt water for 10 mins. And finally wash in hot water. This will helps to remove 75 - 80% of pesticides in the vegetable.

Chop the ginger,carrot and beetroot. Peel the orange and keep ready all in one bowl.

Using juicer, squeeze it all together. Please don’t add water. In a minute the juice will be ready.

If you going to use mixer jar add some water and use strainer to extract the juice.
