Cooking Instructions

Soak rice for 2 hrs. drain it and keep it side for 10 mins

Melt jaggery with water and cardomom. Drain it

Grind the rice and make it fine dust

Take a bowl add this rice powder baking powder and salt. Combine well with a spatula

Make banana paste add this to above mix. Mix it well.

Add jaggery syrup. Mix it well and make it a fine batter.

Take a small pan add some ghee and chopped coconut roast it and add to above mix. Combined it well

Heat the paniyaram pan pour oil.

In low to medium flame Pour above batter 1 tblspn per hole. Wait for bubbles coming top of the fritters turn it upside down.

When both sides become brown remove from the oil with forks(u can chk with the fork if it is cooked or not)

Now soft unniyappam ready😋
