Ingredients

  • 1 cupromaine lettuce
  • 1avocado, diced
  • 1 cancorn, drained
  • 1 cupcherry tomatoes, cut in halves
  • 1/2 cupred or yellow onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cupcooked bacon bits, optional
  • Dressing
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/3 tspred chilli flakes
  • 1-2 tbspfreshly chopped cilantro
  • Pinchcumin

Steps

    Mix all the ingredients for the dressing, combine well. And combine all the ingredients for the salad in a big bowl. Pour the dressing on top and mix. Enjoy!!
