Ingredients

20 minutes
for four
  • 1 1/2 cupwheat flour
  • 2 tablespoonsghee
  • 1medium onion finely chopped
  • 1green chilli finely chopped
  • 1/4 cupfresh mint leaves
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/4 tspdry pomegranate seeds
  • Optional
  • to tasteSalt
  • as requiredGhee for tava fry

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

    Adding little amount of water make tight dough.

    Take a small portion from the dough and roll it like a chapati but thicker than chapati.

    Roast it on a medium-high flame applying ghee both the sides like Paratha lower the flame pressing with the spatula roast it crispy.

    Serve it with curd pickle chunda or tea best for breakfast and anytime when vegetables are not available at home or want to cook something fast.
