1 or 2 servings

200 gGreek style yoghurt or Greek Yoghurt
50 gdessicated coconut
2 tbsp.Lyle's Golden Syrup or Maple Syrup
200 mlCoconut Milk (can use a different kind of milk)
25 gChia Seeds

Steps

Mix all the ingredients together with a metal spoon in the large yoghurt pot container. Is possible too mix and store in a 600ml Bamix Plastic Container with Lid

Leave at least overnight in the refrigerator with the yoghurt container lid on.

When about too eat it - serve with a tin of Mandarin Segments (Oranges).

Have come across a different option - through the Internet - on the app Yummerly - I noticed a recipe for using Almond milk,some sugar,Cinnamon - with Chia seeds.Coconut makes the Chia pudding more flavoursome.
