  • 1 cupMaida/all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cupAtta /wheat flour
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1/4 cupKalo jeere/kalonji
  • to tasteSalt
  • as requiredTamarind chutney
  • 1/3 cupTamarind pulp
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 2 tbspSugar
  • 1/2 tspBhaja masala
  • 1/2 tspAam papad
  • 4-5 pcsDate palm

    For make papri - Add maida, atta, salt, oil, kalonji, sugar and make a dough.

    Make a big roti and cut in small pieces.

    Make tiny holes with a spoon and fry it for 5min, until it becomes crispy.

    Now make the chaat - At first in a plate, take some papri, then add boiled potato, black salt, curd, aloo bhujiya, bhaja masala, boiled chana, tamarind chutney. Now the mouthwatering recipe is served.
