For make papri - Add maida, atta, salt, oil, kalonji, sugar and make a dough.

Make a big roti and cut in small pieces.

Make tiny holes with a spoon and fry it for 5min, until it becomes crispy.

Now make the chaat - At first in a plate, take some papri, then add boiled potato, black salt, curd, aloo bhujiya, bhaja masala, boiled chana, tamarind chutney. Now the mouthwatering recipe is served.
