Ingredients

1 large bowl
  • 3 cupsYogurt
  • Dried mint leaves 1/4 cup
  • Pholkian 1 and a half cup
  • Potato 2 large
  • Onion 1 medium size
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspchaat masala
  • 2/3 tspred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add yogurt and sugar and mix.

  2. 2

    Add all the masala and mix in yogurt.

  3. 3

    Add onion, potato and pholkian (soaked in warm water) in yogurt bowl and mix.

  4. 4

    Add your favourite dahi ballay garnishes and serve with imili ki chatni
