  • 1 kgMutton or Lamb (Beef)
  • 3Garlic cloves
  • 1 inchGinger
  • 1 tbspOlive oil
  • 1/4 cupNuts (Almonds, Walnuts, Pistachios, Cashewnuts) powdered
  • 1Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbspCumin powder
  • 1 tspSalt
  • as neededMint leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 1 tbspChilli flakes

  1. 1

    Put all the rest of ingredients in chopper except oil and mince, chop it and keep in a big bowl

    Now chop or mince the mince meat one more time, put in the same bowl

  3. 3

    Add oil, mix it and marinate for three hours

  4. 4

    Shape in seekh kebabs and put in skewers

    Can bake or chargrill it

  6. 6

    Serve with onion rings, lettuce shredds, pitas and hummus
