Sooji besan mix veg chila recipe

In a bowl combine sooji besan and the coarsely ground vegetables u can chop vegetables fine too

Add green chilli coriander leaves ajwain cumin red chilli salt add water and make a medium batter mix well

Rest batter for 15 to 20 minutes if the batter is thick after resting add water and adjust consistency at last add a pinch soda beat it

Heat a tawa Grease oil pour a paddle full of batter and make round chilla u can make it thin or thick as u like

Flip if after it sets little apply oil on both sides roast until golden and crisp serve with tomato ketchup
