Idli dhokla
Steps

Mix besan, suji, salt and turmeric powder together. Start adding water gradually. Make semi thick batter.

Heat idli steamer with water. Grease the plates.

Add eno to the batter, give a quick mix and pour batter in the idli mould plates. Place them in idli steamer and steam them for 15-20 mins.

Check after 15 mins.if done remove them and cool them. After cooling demould it.

Prepare tempering. Heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chillies.

Pour this tempering on idli dhoklas and your idli dhoklas are ready to be served.
