In the bowl first, make a batter. Take two tablespoons of cornflour one tablespoon of all-purpose flour add salt to taste and one tablespoon of black pepper powder add one egg put all the boneless chicken into it mix it well you can also add some red chilli powder make it in a thick consistency.

Take a pan heat some refined oil al11 put all the chicken and try it. Once it gets fried keep the chicken pieces aside.

Now in that oil add chopped garlic saute for a minute. Add the chopped onions and again try it for a minute. Add one tablespoon of ginger paste add salt according to the requirement saute for a minute. Add chopped capsicum and again fry it for a minute.

After the veggies got fried add 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce 1 tablespoon of soya sauce 1 tablespoon of vinegar 2 tablespoons of chilli sauce and tablespoon of schezwan sauce. Saute for a minute. Add some water according to your requirement.

Take a separate bowl add one tablespoon of cornflour and one tablespoon of black pepper powder and a pinch of salt and pour some water. Put that mixture into the cooking pan and stir it well.

Add the fried chicken pieces into the gravy cook for another 5 minutes cover the cooking pan cook it for another 15 minutes.

Now it's time to plate it. You can Garnish it which some fresh coriander leaves and some sesame seeds.
