Ingredients

  1. 2 cupbesan/gram flour
  2. 1large onion
  3. 1large tomato
  4. 1small capsicum
  5. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. to tastesalt
  8. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  9. 2-3Green chilli
  10. 1 teaspoonchopped ginger
  11. 1/2 tspajwain/carom seeds
  12. As neededoil
  13. 2 tspChopped coriander

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl take the besan add all the dried masala and the vegetables finely chopped. Now add water and make a smooth batter. Add little oil. And the chopped coriander. Mix them all. The batter should not be too thick or too thin.

    Now in a tawa add oil. Add the batter and spread it. Now fry it on both side. Low the heat so that it is evenly cooked. Serve it with green chutney and tomatoe sauce.
