Ingredients

  1. For Base
  2. 250 GmWheat Flour
  3. 1/2 CupWarm Milk
  4. 1 TspButter
  5. 2 TspOil
  6. 1 TspSugar
  7. 1/2 Tspsalt
  8. 1/2 TspOregano
  9. 1/2 TspChilli Flakes
  10. 4 Garlic cloves Grated
  11. 1 TspYeast (if using yeast)
  12. 1 SachetEno (if using eno)
  13. For Butter Mixture
  14. 3 TbspButter Melted
  15. 1 TbspChopped Coriander
  16. 3/4 TspOregano
  17. 3/4 Tspchilli Flakes
  18. 4 Garlic cloves Grated
  19. For Stuffing
  20. 4 CubesProcessed Cheese Grated

Cooking Instructions

    Method for making Garlic Sticks with yeast. Take Lukewarm Milk, Add sugar, salt and yeast to it and mix. Let the yeast activate. Add butter, wheat flour, Garlic, Chilli Flakes, Oregano and knead it for 10 minutes. We get a soft dough. Fold the dough and cover it and let it rest for 2 hours

    After resting for 2 hours the flour will almost double. Dust the tray with flour take the dough in it and pat the flour with your fingers to get a rectangle shape. Apply butter mixture on half side. Add grated cheese and cover it with the other side.

    On top apply butter mixture. Make cuts with knife. Place it on the baking tray and bake it at 180° for 17 to 18 minutes. Serve hot.

    If You Are Using Eno Take Wheat flour, Oregano, Chilli Flakes, Salt,Sugar, Butter, Garlic, Eno, in a container. Add milk and knead a soft dough. If required add little water. Knead it for 10 minutes. Add 2 tsp oil and again knead it for 10 minutes. Pat it with your fingers to get a rectangle shape. Apply butter mixture on half side. Put Grated cheese on it and cover it. Apply butter mixture on top. Place it on baking tray. Bake it at 180° for 15 to 20 minutes

    It can be made without oven on gas. Place a container on gas. Put a metal stand in it. Put the baking tray on it and pre heat it on low flame. Put the eolled sticks in the container and cover it with a lid. Cook on low flame for 25 to 30 minutes.
