Wet bread and drain excess water. Mix together with the samosa filling till well combined.

In a bowl beat eggs and in another put flour.

Heat oil. Shape into kebabs. Dip in the flour, shake off excess flour, dip in eggs and fry. Repeat this step for fluffy coating.
