Wash the gourd with clean water.Cut the gourd.take pan add cumin seeds. Add turmeric powder coriander powder laal mirch.cook very well.

Then add gourd. add water cook 10 minutes.Look at the gourd after 10 minutes.Cook the Lauki a little more. Take yogurt in the bowl on the other side.Make curd well.

Finish the curd kernels.Turn off the gas if Lauki is cooked.Then add the curd to the gourd.Mix yogurt and gourd well.Remember curd should not be cracked.

Then take a pan add some oil.

Apply tempering with red chilli and mustard seeds. Vegetable is ready.Serve the vegetable with your favorite roti and rice.
