Spinach corn quesadilla

Firstly take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil+2tbsp butter and saute chopped spinach with 3-4 cloves of mashed garlic. If using garlic butter then saute the spinach with 4 tbsp garlic butter only.

Now add white sauce to it (ingredients to prepare white sauce : milk+cheese+corn flour+chilli flakes+oragano/italian seasoning)

Our filling is ready.

Now prepare tortilla (make sure it's thinner then regular roti).

Fill the tortilla with the filling and toast it with butter on a pan or grill it.

Serve with guacamole/sweet chilli sauce.
