Ingredients

14 servings
  1. 7-8 dl (450 g)flour
  2. 1 dl (80 g)sugar
  3. 3egg yolks
  4. 2 tspdry yeast/½ fresh yeast
  5. 200 mlmilk
  6. 25 gbutter
  7. 1/4tsk salt
  8. Topping
  9. 1egg
  10. Seeds for noses

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients for the dough and knead for 5-10 minutes. Let rise in the fridge over night.

  2. 2

    Let dough rest in room temperature for 1-2 hours. Split dough into 14 pieces and roll into balls. Put on a tray and let rise for 1-2 hours.

  3. 3

    With scissors, cut 2 ears and a little tail, and poke use a tooth pick to make holes for eyes. Spread some eggwash on them and put a nose under their eyes.

    Bake in the oven in 225 degrees until they're golden, about 5-10 minutes.
