Take a pan add sugar and water bring it to boil. After that cook for another 7-8 minutes to make it little sticky. Add cardamom and keep aside.

Now in a plate take khoya maida and semolina. Make a soft dough of it adding milk then add baking soda and mix again.

Now make small balls of it. Preheat the oil on low flame. Put the balls slowly. Add stir occasionally with the help of spoon by moving just the oil. Do not touch the balls.

After it's golden brown. Take out off the oil rest for 1 minute and add into little warm syrup. Soak for 15 minutes. And then enjoy.
