Sieve both the flour and add salt, pizza seasoning chilli flakes,carrom seeds, tomato ketchup and oil.

Divide the mixture into two equal parts

Add water in one part and knead a semi soft dough. Cover and rest for 10 minutes

Add beetroot puree in other mixture and knead a semi soft dough. If the flour is not coming together then add little water. Cover and rest for 10 minutes.

Heat oil on medium flame. Divide the first dough into 3 equal parts. Roll each ball into thin roti. Prick with fork and cut into wedges like pizza.

Fry on medium flame till they are golden brown in colour.

Repeat the same process with beetroot dough.

Cool the Nacho and store in airtight container.
