Boil milk till thickens. Meanwhile chopped pista and keep aside

When thickens like Rabdi add Condensed milk and stir continuously. Turn off gas. Cool it completely if wants to serve chilled keep it in the fridge.

Arrange rusk in a plate pour chilled rabdi on it sprinkle pista flakes and garnish with cherries. Serve chilled or hot both the ways tastes YUMMY.
