Ingredients

3 to 4 persons
  • 3medium potato
  • salt 1 and half tsp
  • 1/3 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspblk pepper powder
  • 1 1/2tabsp crushed red chilli
  • 1tabsp zeera (cumin)
  • 1/3 tspbaking soda
  • 2tabspoon rice flour
  • 1 cupbasen(gramflour)
  • oil for frying
  • fresh corriender 3 tab spoon(optional)

  1. 1

    Aaloo cheel kar katlon mn kaat lien achi trah 2 3 pani mn nikal kar thora kapray say dry kar lien.tamam madalay, basenaur rice flour(chawal ka atta) lien.

    Tamam masalay aur chawal ka atta basen mn shamil kroien.

    Sb kuch mix kar ke pani daal kar batter tyar krien.better thora runny ho bhat zyada gadha ya thick na ho.

    Aaloo dip krien aur nikal kar thora better ko jhad lien halka tap krtay huay oil mn add krien.oil bohat zyada garam na krien,medium heat par fry krien tu zyada crispy bnien gay.

    Ab isi trah aaloo better mn dip kar ke jhadh kar daltay jayay.bhat overcrowded na krien.aur foren na paltien.3 say 4 minute wait krien.

    Palat palat kar golden krien.jab golden aur crispy ho jayen tu ik chalni mn nokal kar oil jhadh lien.
