Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  • 1 tbspoil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 cupChopped capsicum
  • 1/4 cupCheese
  • 1/4 cupchopped onions
  • 1 tspPepper
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • 1 tsporegano

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add all-purpose flour, salt, oil and knead a semi-hard dough and let it rest for 15 minutes

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add capsicum. Onion, cheese, salt, chilli flakes, oregano, pepper and mix well

  3. 3

    Take a small portion of dough and roll in a small circle fill it with the filling and shape in the shape of gujia or empanadas

  4. 4

    Deep fry them on low flame until brown and crispy
