Ingredients

16 servings
  • 3 cupsall purpose flour
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tbspvanilla essence
  • 4eggs
  • 1 cupcooking oil
  • 2 tspbaking soda
  • 1and half cup carrots grated
  • Whip cream, sprinkles and 1/4 apple

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift flour and baking soda, set aside.

  2. 2

    In a bowl whisk sugar and oil, add eggs one at a time, add vanilla and whisk for a minute.

  3. 3

    Add in grated carrots and then add in sifted flour.

  4. 4

    Bake it for 40min in a preheated oven.

  5. 5

    Whip the cream and decorate the cooled cake as desired.
