Ingredients

  • 2 bowlSuji
  • 1 bowlgram flour (Besan)
  • 2 bowldesi ghee
  • Dry fruit pieces as u like
  • 2 tspcardamom nutmeg powder
  • 2.5 bowlsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat kadhai,add 1 bowl ghee,when heated add Suji saute it first on medium flame and then on slow flame till aroma spreads,Take it down

  2. 2

    Now heat 1 bowl ghee add besan,saute it on slow flame till it looses ghee,Besan needs more ghee than suji. When it is sauted take it down,now suji,Besan are sauted add dryfruit pieces

    Now take sugar in pot add 2 cups water,stir continuously till sugar melts,add cardamom nutmeg powder,let it boil,make 1 string sugar syrup

    Now add the syrup in suji and Besan mix well.

    Let it cool,stir in between after 1/2 an hour it will thicken,it is ready to make Laddus.

    Make Laddus of desire size,suji Laddus are ready.
