Take the ridg gourd remove only the borders of all sides like in 1st pic... then wash it nicely now peel off.. like in 2nd pic

Take a pan heat 1-2 spoon of oil cut the peels in small pieces.. put it in pan and keep stirring until it changes colour green to a bit brownish green let it cold a bite put it in grinder add a little tamarin, garlic chopped, onions chopped, chilies, salt also add 3tsp of water..

Grind all ingredients and it's ready... serve with roti, rice, bread or snsck.. it's yummy
