Homemade thick yogurt

In Ramadan Kareem I prefer to make homemade fresh yogurt which is so tasty it's just my love of Sahoor 💕
So to make it thick and sweet, just like store bought branded yogurts, I have a special tip that I use.
And I really really love the look when the yogurt is ready.. It’s thickness is so satisfying to me..
So I want to share the recipe with all of you to make your own fresh yogurt for Sahoor and Iftars.
So the tip is to use the store bought yogurt to make your own yogurt. I used Nestle regular one. Or you can simply use the local yogurt as well. But for best results I recommend Nestle one.
Also I recommend using a vessel/ pot of steel or clay.
The water that appears on the yogurt can be mixed. And the next day it becomes thicker.

Steps

7-8 hours
  1. 1

Bring the milk to boil and boil it for 5 minutes atleast.

  2. 2

Then transfer it to the vessel in which you want to make your yogurt. Let the milk become lukewarm (that you can touch or drink easily).

  3. 3

Then add 1 tsp of yogurt to the milk from one side. Give a little mix. Cover and keep somewhere aside.(I keep in my cooking range).
