Ingredients

serves 3 servin

5medium sized potatoes
3eggs
Cheese (optional)
Salt
Little wheat flour
Coriander (optional)
Spices (optional)

Steps

1

Peel and wash your potatoes.

Grate them and wash till the water is clear.

On a bowl, mix your grated potatoes, eggs, coriander, flour, salt and some spices.

Scoop a sizeable amount and fry on your pan till golden brown. I like to cover my pan so that the potatoes can cook through with steam as well.

Enjoy with some tea/coffee/chocolate
