Chicken Wing Drumettes with BBQ Sauce

Preparation
Wash and dry the chicken wing drumettes, then place them on a baking sheet.
After washing the chicken, thoroughly clean the sink with soap.
In a small bowl, mix the salt, garlic powder, smoked chili powder, paprika or mild chili powder, and olive oil. Rub the chicken with the spice mixture. Let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour. - 2
Preheat the oven to 400˚F (204˚C).
Bake the chicken wing drumettes for about 50 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain and reserve the juices for another use if desired.
In a small bowl, mix together all the BBQ sauce ingredients. Toss the baked chicken drumettes with the sauce.
Return the chicken to the oven and bake for about 10 more minutes. Watch carefully to avoid burning the sauce.
